JMB specializes in Net Zero Energy Buildings i.e. buildings that produce itself on-site the energy they consume on annual basis. This typically involves energy modelling and simulation to optimise building design to reduce building energy loads, design of super energy efficient building energy MEP systems to bring down energy consumption and finally estimating the optimal capacity of on-site renewable energy systems including solar, bio-gas etc. to produce the energy required by the building.
